Shipping:

$14.95 Standard Shipping, 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

$24.95 UPS 2nd Day Air

$44.95 UPS Next Day Air

We ship on every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, except postal holidays. 

Shrimps are shipped in breather bags, insulated with styrofoam and cellulose insulation. Heat pack/cold pack will be added when necessary.

All orders are usually shipped within 5 business days. In case of extreme weather conditions, we may hold on to shipping for a few more days or until it is deemed to be safe to ship. 

DOA Policy: We have live arrival guarantee on all live shipments. In an event of dead on arrival, please follow these steps to file a DOA claim:

• Take two clear pictures of the unopened bag.
• Take one picture of the bag next to our shipping label.
• Send the pictures and your order number to info@soshrimp.com.
• All claims must be filed within 2 hours after delivery.
• Refund will be issued for the dead shrimp only. Shipping fees are not covered by our DOA policy.
