Red Rili shrimp are bred from Red Cherry shrimp for the rili pattern: red head and tail with a clear body. As easy as cherries, with a more unusual look.
What you get: a mix of male and female shrimp, about 1/2"–1" long.

Care
- Water: hardy and adaptable to soft or hard water. GH 8 or higher brings out the best color. Dechlorinate tap water.
- Tank: fully cycled before adding shrimp. Ammonia and nitrite at 0, nitrate under 40 ppm.
- Upkeep: 10–20% water change weekly. Feed 2–3 times a week; overfeeding is the most common cause of losses.
- Breeding: with males and females together they breed on their own. Females carry eggs about 30 days; babies graze on biofilm, so a mature tank helps them survive.
- One color per tank: different Neocaridina colors crossbreed and the offspring turn back to wild brown.
